Otomom on Welfare?

In the wake of her new financial crisis, Octomom has a new opportunity to earn enough cash to save her house and feed her 14 kids … if she’ll do a little porn.

TMZ has learned Vivid Entertainment has fired off a letter to Nadya Suleman … offering $500,000 — if she agrees to shoot “one scene for one hour.”

As we previously reported, Octo will get booted from her L.A. area home if she doesn’t come up with enough cash to cover thousands of dollars of back payments … and a $450,000 balloon payment due on October 9.

But Vivid claims if Nadya agrees to the XXX offer, it can “arrange for [payment] to happen quickly so that you will get paid in advance of your October 9th deadline.”

Vivid offered Octo a million bucks for a porno deal back in 2009 — but you know what they say, time is money … shot.

Octomom Cashes $40,000 Check For Workplace Injury from California mental hospital

octomom workmans compIt’s so strange how Octomom could give birth to eight kids while having a back injury, isn’t it?  That’s what a lot of people are wondering after Nadya recently cashed a $40,000 check from her previous employer, a California mental hospital.  She got the big check because she reportedly won a settlement from workers’ compensation claim dating back to 1999. She was employed as a psychiatric technician at the time and was injured in a riot at the facility.

Suleman will only bank some $23,000 of the settlement proceeds, however, after deductions for legal fees and prior permanent disability payments.

What’s even worse is the fact that Nadya previously collected an incredible $170,000 in disability payments for chronic back pain from 2003 and 2008 apparently arising from the same injury, according to the LA Times. She also filed a second claim after she was rear-ended in 2001 on her way home from a doctor’s appointment, according to People.com.

Suleman also collected various forms of welfare after the birth of the octuplets but said in November that she is no longer on public assistance.

If you haven’t heard about this before, I’m sure a lot of you will be angry at this.  How do you even get almost $200,000 for a back injury?  Absolutely  ridiculous!

Octomom PETA Ad – Don’t Let Your Dog or Cat Become an Octomom

Otomom, Nadya Suleman has accepted an offer from PETA, $5,000 and a month’s supply of vegan hot dogs and hamburger patties for her family of 15 in exchange for a sign on her front lawn.  The Octomom PETA ad highlights the famous “octomom” name and makes somewhat of a positive use of it.  The sign says “Don’t let your dog or cat become an ‘octomom’,” it reads, “Always spay or neuter. PETA.”  Next to the text is a picture of a mother cat with several kittens feeding from her.

An other strange offer from Vivid adult entertainment was to offer to pay Nadya’s home off if she appeared in a movie for them.  Octomom’s lawyer wrote back to them saying she was more interested in animals than humans.

The ad — which, in light of Suleman’s status as a paparazzi magnet, is likely to attract a lot of eyeballs — makes light of the mother of 14′s “Octomom” nickname. “Don’t let your dog or cat become an ‘octomom’,” it reads, “Always spay or neuter. PETA.” Pictured beside the text is a mother cat nursing a litter of young kittens.
