Having children is her own business but the government & the media should stop paying her so she can make her own money & support the kids. There are strong feelings about the OctoMom, but I never saw any supporting her until I started marketing my product. I thought everyone was on the “hate the octomom” bandwagon. It’s surprising that people actually support her.
I think that, if you know the truth about Nadya Suleman, you won’t support her. Here is why people hate her and why she should not be supported by the American public:
1. She had 6 kids and was on welfare when she purposely became pregnant again via in-vitro fertilization
2. She purposely had 8 embryos placed inside of her womb, which was more than recommended for her age.
3. She lied. She said that they put 6 embryos that were left over from previous in-vitros because they said they were going to destroy them if she didn’t use them. If that were true, I would really feel for her. But evidence suggests that she wasn’t implanted with 6 (she said that 2 of the 6 split into identical twins, but there isn’t an identical twin in the bunch), and her doctor stated that these were “left-over embryos” but a fresh batch, which she insisted on.
Why did she do this? Probably for fame. She got it. She probably thought fortune would come with it, but she was dead wrong.

Her neighbor said she doesn’t even hold the babies unless the cameras are around. The neighbor said this in mid September 2010 to an investigator. She picks up the babies by the arm. You people that love your children and all children mean well, but she doesn’t really give a damn about her own, she just wants your money. I think Nadya is doing a good job at parenting. She’s doing the best she can as a single parent. Everyone should just leave her to live her life and she’ll be fine. People should rather donate money to help her as goodwill and stop questioning her intentions and also stop donating their opinions. God will not give anyone anything he can’t handle. As far as income is concerned, I would sell myself if I did’nt have any other source of income to provide for my children.
I so don’t think that she ever should have thought about having more kids, especially by IVF. If she didn’t have a helpmate, and a husband at that, and couldn’t take care of the 6 that she had already, they were using our struggling money to pay for her, then why TRY to have more?! I can see if she was in a relationship, and then got pregnant, that would be different; this was just for tabloids, and I don’t agree with it at all! I have 4 kids, and a disables husband, and unfortunately the last 3 years we have had to have help from the gov’t, but we can’t even file taxes and get child benefits! I am going to school to get an education to get a good job, as my husband no longer can work, and we have to struggle to get the help that we do get! Now if I were to get pregnant, it would be a miracle from God, and I know He wouldn’t give me more than I can handle. Seriously, as bad as I want more kids, and have had my tubes tied, yet miscarried 3 other babies since, I am not going to go get IVF done. Use the brain that God gave you!

Don’t think I’m completely heartless mind you… just extremely oppinionated as I have been a point of many conversations as well… nothing to this extreme. I got married at an early age as I had grown up to early in life unfortunately my ex-husband didn’t. So as a result we have a beautiful daughter together, he is kind of a dead beat but I make up for it. I do not recieve state help and nor have I in the 4 1/2 half years my daughter has been alive and I’m am DAMN proud of it. I am also not going to go get prego again so that I can. In fact it is quit the opposite. When and if I’m in the position again to procreate I will… when I’m married again… when I’ve gotten a raise/promotion etc. Purchased a house… Not just for shits and giggles. I have never lived with my parents since my daughter was born and she has always had the best that I can afford… and I haven’t had to sell myself to do it. My parents are not wealthy at ALL so no they can not support me financially. I have been raised with Morals and to know not to bite off more then I can chew which is why my parents still love me and respect me as I do them.
I also can’t say that I haven’t tried to get help from the state… I did… I got denied. As a result I am COMPLETELY bitter because I see this kind of thing happen all the time. It bothers me most though that she exploits… YES exploits her life with her children. I honestly can’t give her any respect/support and I’m sure I’m not the only one that feels this way.

Yet the media continues to encourage her mental problems. The only help she needs at this time is to see a doctor and for the kids to live with a stable family. I had my very hard times , but i made sure that I got the right help when I needed it, because my boys came first. Nadya comes across as a self absorbed woman who is using income for fame, surgery, handbags, designer clothing, and manicures while she proclaims her poverty seeking help and donations. The public hates her because she has lied over and over again. I can understand this perception and the anger but she also has purchased many items for her children including necessities, toys, outings, private school, ect. This woman is mentally ill, and needs serious help- if for nobody else, for her kids. No adult in their right mind would look at the kids they already have, which they’re struggling to support, and think it reasonable to add to the group. No child should be brought into a world which can’t properly care for it. That “doctor” should’ve had his license revoked a long time ago, if he thought this was okay. It breaks my heart when kids have to be separated from their parents, but in this case, I think it would be better for them to be in an environment which is more stable. This woman may have the ability to love all these kids, but she’s made it quite clear that she cannot properly care for them. I truly believe we need to do whatever’s best for those kids, but it’s not fair that taxpayers should have to pay for her mistakes, when those mistakes could’ve been prevented.

I was a fertility patient and my insurance would not pay for the treatments this woman got from welfare payments.
She is wrong to do this without planning for the future and depending on others to support her.
There is NO WAY she can be a good Mother to fourteen children.
She uses her body in an inappropriate way to reproduce and to make money and what is she teaching her children.
Her Doctor and her for seeking all this children should be prosecuted for child abuse as these children are being raised in a poor enviornment.
I am tired of supporting unwed Mothers and it is time to go back to a time when this is NOT condoned and the instances will go down and our paying for some to seek monthly payments will be done away with.

I am 50 and I do not have any children because I was not able to conceive. It is tough for a woman, very tough, especially when, for ten years, you had to go through all kind of medical treatments and procedures. You feel sometimes humiliated, frustrated and you hate the world because you do not understand why it is happening to you. I would like to adopt a hopeless baby from Africa but unfortunately when I consult different sites on international adoption, the age limit is 50, 40 or sometimes 35. I am very healthy, I have a good job and I am a good person. I would be a very good mother. I would pay with my own money to adopt a child and I would pay to raise my adopted child (I won’t use government’s money, that is, American citizen’s money because this would be my responsibility). Unfortunately, I was told that it would not be ethical to adopt a baby at 50! Poor kid, he or she would be traumatized walking around with his/her “older” mother in front of his/her friend. However, it is ethical for a woman who has no husband, no partner and who have already 6 kids she can barely take care of by herself to have 8 embryos implanted in her belly from an unknown man!!!!!!! When you want to adopt a child, you have to be married with the same person for 5 years, you have to go through psychological tests, etc. What about this woman? I am really disgusted. What’s wrong with society? I do not believe in God and if he would exist, he would not allow a woman to have so many children in such condition. It is not strength, it is not courage, it is insanity! We are human beings, not animals and as such, we raise children no cattle!

I’ve just listened to Nadya on Howard Stern, and this is what I learned from herself:
1. She’s the daughter of a neurotic Jewish mother and an orthodox Muslim father. In a joint interview with her daughter, the mother effectively called her an irresponsible slut.
2. The parents foisted some crazy notions on her about sexual relations to the point that even today (at age 35) she feels disgusted by physical contact with men. Hence, the IVF treatments.
3. She sees any man as a potential child molester and consequently wants no help, marital or otherwise, from men.

Now, what person in his/her right mind would want six children in this day and age? Let alone want another one (which turned into 8)? This isn’t 19th century Ireland; today, people don’t need to churn out babies in double-digit numbers for survival.
Nadya seems to be under the impression that love alone will see her family through, and we all hope it will, because in near future her “celebrity” value will diminish while the cost of raising the children (now at $10,000 per month) will increase.
This story goes far beyond the usual admiration/condemnation of large-scale families: Her child-like approach to this situation, her perennially shaky financial outlook, and the fact that most of these kids are not unwanted (they clearly are not) but unnecessary combine to produce a tragedy of almost Biblical proportions.
Having 8 children at a time is abnormal. We arent built for that for one thing. Google her and find t the picture with all the babies laying on her. It looks like she had a litter of puppies. THAT IS NOT RIGHT. There is absolutely no way she can provide for 14 kids emotionally not to mention thats. She’s unemployed. What wack job even thinks its a good idea to even get pregnant with 1 child let alone 8 with an income of zero. What kind of doctor will even allow this to happen. He should never get his license reinstated. Those poor children would be better off without her, in homes that could provide for them.
